An order is not confirmed until we acknowledge it and/or schedule pickup or delivery. Payment terms may vary based on order size and delivery needs.
Local delivery availability depends on location, schedule, and load size. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to weather, road conditions, or operational constraints.
Pickup orders require scheduling. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe transport and appropriate vehicle/trailer capacity.
If you receive damaged or incorrect product, notify us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Because soil and amendments are natural products, returns may be limited once opened, mixed, or applied.
Gardening and crop outcomes vary based on factors outside our control, including weather, watering, plant genetics, pests, and existing soil conditions. Product guidance is general and not a guarantee of results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daley Organics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site or products.
